MY HEALTH | Day Kimball Hospital is a secure, password protected web site that connects you to important health information about your stay in the hospital. It allows you to access your health information online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the comfort of your home or office.

When you are a patient at the hospital, you will be asked to provide your email address. You'll then receive a message that provides you with instructions on how to initiate your secure password. The email includes a link to MY HEALTH | Day Kimball Hospital where you will finalize the steps for registration.
